This root canal initiated due to a necrotic nerve on an anterior tooth for the past 2 years.  The infection resolved immediately after the RCT procedure was completed. The patient had minimal discomfort and did great with the treatment.

The root canal chamber was filled with inert Gutta Percha and sealer.
