62 year old male patient with an existing 29 year old anterior bridge made of gold and porcelain. Patient was not happy with anterior esthetics and especially gold color on anterior bridge. Existing bridge was removed and replaced with a new four unit porcelain bridge. Spaces in the anterior region were redistributed to create a more harmonious smile.
